Bella Belle Shoes - Ordering & Shipping Policy

Once your order has processed please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery to your chosen address. As Bella Belle shoes are handmade occasionally sizes will be out of stock for us to order, if this is the case we will place a back-order with Bella Belle directly. We will notify you prior to the back-order to ensure a later delivery is acceptable, if this is not acceptable to you we will refund your order.

We only accept online orders for Bella Belle shoes from UK & Channel Island postal addresses. If you would like to ship to another address outside of the UK please contact us at info@rachelash.co.uk and we can process your order. Orders are shipped within 5-10 business days of their arrival at the boutique. We cannot be held accountable for unforeseen conditions that delay delivery times.

All packages are sent via trackable services and will have a tracking number assigned. Your tracking number will be emailed to you when your order is shipped. Rachel Ash is not liable for any lost shipments. Customers are responsible for claiming all misplaced, lost, undelivered OR "abandoned" shipments directly with the shipper. In the event that your package is lost or misplaced we will do our best to assist you.

Bella Belle Shoes - Returns Policy

It is important to us that you are totally happy with your Bella Belle shoes order. You may return new, unworn shoes for a refund within 14 days of receipt from your delivery. Any refund requests post 14 days from receipt will not be eligible for refund. Please contact us on info@rachelash.co.uk before returning any item purchased. 

Any subsequent returns requests following on from a previous exchange on the same order will incur a £30 charge from the refund amount. This is to cover the additional costs incurred for shipping to/from the USA for the exchange, previously undertaken free of charge by the business in good faith the customer was retaining the order.

Any returned shoes must be in their original condition and packaging with no signs of wear or tear. We advise our customers to try on their shoes on a carpeted area to prevent scuffing. If shoes are returned with scuff marks, signs of wear or toe marks, we will not be able to process a refund.

Customers are responsible for all postage costs on any returned goods. We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item.). Any refunds will be processed within 10 working days, and will not include any shipping costs incurred, only the item price will be refunded to the customer.

You can return your order to us via any tracked method but we recommend you have insurance for the parcel, we will not be liable for goods that are lost or damaged in transit. Ensure to keep your tracking reference for your records as customers are responsible for claiming all misplaced, lost, undelivered OR "abandoned" shipments directly with the shipper.

We are also happy to exchange your Bella Belle Shoes order for any style or size, please complete the exchange form and return your order within 14 days of receipt from your delivery. Any exchange requests over 14 days old will not be eligible for an exchange.

If you have accidentally placed your order with us you can inform us in writing within 48 hours of the order time. Bella Belle Shoes - Pricing

We reserve the right the price the products as we deem appropriate. As an online business our prices change in response to exchange rate fluctuations (USD/GBP), stock and demand from customers. In this case we will not refund the difference of any price change. We will review exchange rate fluctuations every quarter to best align our pricing to the market. 

Buy, Try, Keep or Return Sample Sale - Terms of sale

Buy, Try, Keep or Return aka 'BTKR' is a programme to allow purchases from our wedding dress sample sale with no obligation to keep the purchase. Orders must be tried and returned back within 5 days from receipt to be eligible for a refund. For full terms and conditions please read below. 

BTKR - Ordering & Shipping

You will receive an automatic confirmation email after placing your order, this will be followed by a dispatch notification email which will provide you with a tracking number for your delivery. Orders are processed and dispatched within 7-10 working days. If you are not at the delivery address on the day of delivery, you will receive information from the courier with instruction on how to retrieve your order.

Rachel Ash Bridalwear is not liable for any lost shipments. Customers are responsible for claiming all misplaced, lost, undelivered OR "abandoned" shipments directly with the shipper. In the event that your package is lost or misplaced we will do our best to assist you, please contact us at info@rachelash.co.uk

International purchases will be subject to importation duty fees in addition to the purchase cost. It is the customers responsibility to pay these. The amount of duty fees payable will be determined by the value of the order, and the importation rules between the UK & the receiving country. Unpaid duty fees will result in the item being sent back to us. The customer will then only be refunded the amount of the order minus any fees we incur for export/failed shipments. 

BTKR - Known Defects & Additional Damages

Please note that your purchase has been thoroughly checked prior to shipping. Any additional defects identified by the buyer, not stated in the defects table  provided must be confirmed via email prior to the buyer trying on the item. Please email us on the receipt date at info@rachelash.co.uk with photographs, we will acknowledge and confirm acceptance of the defects. Any instance whereby a purchase is returned, and the item has been damaged in a way not listed in the defects table will incur a damage fee of 15% of order value, this is to be applied at our discretion depending on the damage incurred.

BTKR - Dry Cleaning

Please note that in most instances our sale dresses have not been dry cleaned. We always recommend you get the dress dry cleaned prior to undertaking any alterations or repairs. We recommend using wedding dress specialist Terrington Burchett, as they will focus on any specific areas requiring more in depth cleaning. The purchase of a wedding dress via our online sale does not include any required dry cleaning or alterations. The dresses have been priced according to their condition.

BTKR - Fittings Service & Appointments

As you have chosen to purchase your dress online we haven’t been able to welcome you to our boutique. Despite this we will still make our alterations specialist available to you. If you would like to use this service please contact us on info@rachelash.co.uk and we can check our availability. In some cases, no alterations are necessary, however it is likely that you will need some adjustments to your dress to ensure a perfect fit and potentially some minor repairs as it is a dress off the rack. Rachel Ash Bridalwear offers a fitting and alteration service, but this is an independent service provided by a fully experienced and skilled alterations specialist, these typically cost approximately £200-250, this is only an estimate and alterations costs vary for every customer.

We only accept online orders for accessories from UK & Channel Island postal addresses. If you would like to ship to another address outside of the UK, please contact us at info@rachelash.co.uk and we can check if your request is acceptable.
